A relaxing interlude
The La Ballue well-being centre is divided into two separate relaxation areas where you can recharge your energy and reconnect with nature. Under the ramparts of the castle, in an atmosphere of Mediterranean colours, the turquoise waters of the large swimming pool seem to be suspended in the landscape, offering a breathtaking view over the Couesnon Valley. Far from the lapping of the water, the relaxation area features a hot bubbling bath and a Finnish sauna hidden away in a green setting.
By the architect's pool
Designed in the 1980s by architect Paul Maymont, a loyal friend of publisher Claude Arthaud, this veritable work of art has been restored with the greatest respect for the original pool. Now measuring 17 x 6 metres, the large heated pool is ideal for both sporty and relaxing swims. It is surrounded by a large wooden terrace where a hammock and deckchairs invite you to enjoy long sunbaths.
Under the cloud-cut pines, lulled by birdsong, the pool area offers peaceful shelter in the colours of the south.
Heated outdoor pool open from June to October. Outdoor solar shower. Please note the safety rules and beware of children!

Hot tub and Finnish sauna in the heart of nature
Set back from the pool area, the balneotherapy area is a true sensory adventure. Comprising an open-air whirlpool bath and a Finnish sauna, the La Ballue spa can be enjoyed in private during the day or evening, so you can make the most of your special wellness bubble. Immersed in water at 37°C in the heart of nature, tickled by the sun's rays or with your head in the stars, you cannot go wrong.
