The extraordinary choreographic adventure called Extension Sauvage performed in the Gardens of the Château de la Ballue continues in 2017 in its 6th edition.
A nationally recognised event, the festival has been an enormous success since 2012.
Created by the choreographer and dancer Latifa Laâbissi, this choreographic adventure in a rural setting is an invitation to discover or re-discover contemporary dance in the setting of a certain landscape.
Inviting artists from the choreographic field as well as other artistic disciplines to bring their work into a peerless landscaped setting, Latifa Laâbissi, a choreographer and artistic director, and her creative partner Nadia Lauro, a plastician and set designer, offer you a jubilatory programme including dance, film and performance.
Saturday June 24 in Combourg and Sunday June 25, 2017 to the prestigious Château de La Ballue, the Extension Sauvage Festival will present for the sixth time major works from dance history as well as more recent pieces.
Choreographers and dancers from all over the world have been invited.
Some of the performances will take place in the Green Theatre, a theatre space of growing greenery and a remarkable part of the garden.
